We are currently aware of reported problems or planned maintenance on the following services:

• Dawsonera users are experiencing some problems when using Internet Explorer 9, affecting the display of the 'owned' and 'not owned' icons. Where possible try using a different browser, eg. Google Chrome or Firefox. Dawsonera are currently trying to resolve this problem. They have now fixed the problem affecting access to help screens when using IE9. (reported 02/05/2013).

• Athens services will be undergoing maintenance on Tuesday 21st May 2013 between 07:00 and 09:00. There could be some disruption to the service during this time. (reported 26/04/2013).

• Athens services will be undergoing maintenance on Wednesday 29th May 2013 between 07:00 and 23:00. There could be some disruption to the service during this time. (reported 26/04/2013).

• ERIC (Education Resources Information Center) have temporarily disabled access to some of their full text documents because some sensitive personally identifiable information appears in them. ERIC have fixed most full text documents but a few remain disabled. ERIC are prioritising the restoration of documents that users request, so if you would like to request a PDF that has not yet had full text access restored, please email ERICRequests@ed.gov with the record number (such as ED263102).
