Eresource Access and Library System Problems
 

We are currently aware of reported problems or planned maintenance on the following services:

Library System:

  • Some library users are experiencing problems in accessing the My Account page in the library catalogue. The page takes a long time to load and then gives a message about a 500 error or a blank screen depending on which browser is used. Leave the browser tabs open and go back to the link to the library catalogue and click on it again, the menu line should say "Logout". When you click on My Account, you should be able to see your account. If you are still experiencing problems, please contact the library on ext. 1208 for help. (updated 05/08/2014)

 

Eresources:

  • Taylor & Francis Online platform. On Thursday 28/08/2014 from 10:00 - 22:00, You will still be able to download and read content for which you have access rights on T&F Online, but other My Account functionality and purchasing options will be unavailable. (reported 22/08/2014)
