Established in 2016, Newman Health & Wellbeing offers a range of services throughout the West Midlands aimed at improving the health and wellbeing of individuals in the workplace.
We work by using the considerable expertise available within Newman University to deliver high quality, professionally led and cost-effective services.
Our range of workshops for organisations’ employees and volunteers can be delivered flexibly to suit the needs of your organisation –including half day and full day workshops. Most of the workshops will be delivered within your workplace, at a venue of your choice, or Newman Health & Wellbeing can host if space is an issue for you. Our current workshops include: Smashing the Stigma around Mental Health, Stress awareness and Wellbeing in the workplace.
For your employees who would benefit from the support of a confidential, independent, professional counselling service we can offer one-to-one support by referral.
For some corporate customers we also lead group counselling or reflective sessions which can be effective in helping to enhance a team or unit’s collaborative spirit or in supporting a group through challenging circumstances.
