BSc Single Honours Business Management (Top-Up) (Full-time)

Course Description

The BA Honours in Business Management Top-up programme seeks to help you develop competencies and skills essential for a range of careers in the private, public, or third/voluntary sector. You will acquire the skills needed to analyse and synthesise both structured and unstructured data and/or information, act as an effective team member and engage in ethical and sustainable decision-making processes.

The programme includes:

– The choice of specialist routes in Year 3 (Level 6) in one of the following strands:
> Innovation Management
> International Business
> Marketing
– A virtual learning environment (VLE) facilitating mixed-mode learning opportunities and assessment activities.
– Learning progression supported by academic and personal tutoring, complemented by a wide range of Student Support services at University level.

Entry Requirements UK home students applicants will need to have 120 credits at level 4 and 120 credits at level 5 in a relevant Foundation Degree or HND. If you have specific questions about the Top Up Award please contact Admissions.

The full-time course fee, for UK home students, for September 2025 is: £9,535

“Strategic Operations and Service Excellence” is a comprehensive Level 6 module that prepares students to master the complexities of modern operations and service management. This module provides an in-depth exploration of contemporary operations management theories and practices, including lean management, and agile methodologies. Students will learn to critically evaluate these approaches and apply strategic planning and decision-making techniques to optimise operations and enhance service delivery.
