You will be expected to help identify barriers that locally domiciled students and graduates face, particularly from widening participation backgrounds to support them and motivate them in securing positive graduate outcomes. You will provide students and graduates with individualised support raising aspirations, increasing motivation and empowering action, whilst linking participants to additional provision such as financial allowance. The successful candidate will have a degree or equivalent level qualification, together with a relevant careers guidance qualification. You will also have proven work experience in a guidance setting and the ability to coach, advise and guide students, together with experience of successfully helping students secure jobs.
