Newman University are seeking to recruit two front of house receptionists. This is a critical role at Newman University, as the post holder’s will be the first point of contact for students, staff, visitors and guests coming to Newman University. The post holder’s will also be responsible for the coordination of the University switchboard internally and externally. The post will require a high level of accuracy with excellent customer service and interpersonal skills are essential to this role.
The post holder must be passionate about delivering an exceptional and outstanding reception service at all times and must be flexible in the way they work.
You must have formal qualifications with a minimum of GCSE, grade C and above, continued demonstration of CPD including a customer service qualification and some knowledge of telephone systems.
