If you are experiencing financial hardship you may be eligible for a grant through the Newman Support Fund, which is administered through the University’s Finance Office.

The Newman Support Fund provides discretionary financial assistance for students to help them access and remain in higher education. The Newman Support Fund can provide assistance towards the cost of studying such as living costs or course related costs such as childcare, travel and books.

The online application form is accessible via the University Intranet, as are the guidance notes. You will only be eligible for this fund if you have applied for, and accepted, all the support available to you.
