Newman Health & Wellbeing, Hands On At Work and Virgin Care Private – all Greater Birmingham Chamber of Commerce members – have teamed up to deliver a range of wellbeing in the workplace packages. Their mission is to improve the health and wellbeing, engagement and motivation of employees to ensure organisations thrive.

Melanie Glass, Development & Delivery Manager at Newman Health & Wellbeing, commented:

“Collaborating creates the perfect partnership for us to support and raise awareness about wellness in the workplace, along with best practice to businesses across the West Midlands.  We know that employees who feel supported and valued are less likely to leave and more likely to experience increased levels of motivation and wellbeing.”

Newman Health & Wellbeing is a Birmingham based wellbeing centre consisting of a counselling and psychotherapy service alongside their wellbeing in the workplace service.  Hands On At Work encourage businesses to create a health and wellbeing plan by providing on site massage and other wellbeing services together with after care advice to ensure the benefits are long lasting.   Virgin Care Private is a new, easy way to get well and live well offering on-demand doctor and consultant appointments, comprehensive health check-ups and physio appointments.

Through partnering with each other we can support employees to reach their potential – to be healthy and happy is what we’re all about, and we all share that ethos.  Our partnership means employees in the West Midlands will get 5 star care when they need it, helping them be, and feel, at their best.
