To impress the judges enough to get shortlisted, the finalists evidenced an outstanding Building project that demonstrated great team working between the client and entire supply chain, employing collaborative working tools.

The project at Newman University completed by Morgan Sindall seemed to impress the judges the most with them commenting that the project was “a key landmark building”; it was a “very attractive designed environment using best practice construction process” and the project was “demonstrating that innovation procurement approaches can succeed”.
