“Varsity was such an amazing day for all of us here at Birmingham Newman University. This event sparked a new annual tournament between Birmingham Newman University, University of Wolverhampton and University College Birmingham. Whilst we only won at Dodgeball, we came very close to winning at Volleyball as well as Women’s football. We had a great day and all the students enjoyed an after party at Heidi’s on Broad St.

As the festival drew to a close, the University of Wolverhampton clinched the overall victory, securing five points. Feedback from students was fantastic with many expressing they cannot wait for the sports festival next year.
