Biography
Sharon’s wide-ranging 27-year career in secondary schools has seen her hold leadership roles in challenging inner-city schools through to selective grammar school environments, including as the Designated Safeguarding Lead.
The vast majority of her career has also consistently involved curriculum responsibility for trainee teachers and NQT’s across all subject disciplines. Particular education interests include development of personalised learning, AfL, LAC and understanding of contemporary science issues in the wider population.
