Each flat features a spacious, open-plan living area – perfect for relaxing, cooking, and catching up with friends. You’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table, comfy sofas, and a TV screen ready for streaming or gaming nights.
All rooms come with a private bathroom. If you choose a deluxe en-suite room, you’ll share the kitchen and lounge with your flatmates—ideal for socialising and making new connections.

Cofton Hall includes
- 104 deluxe en-suite bedrooms (in flats of 6 with shared living space comprising of a kitchen, dining, and lounge area)
- 2 accessible double bedrooms (in flats of 5 with shared living space comprising of a kitchen, dining, and lounge area)
- 2 deluxe self-contained flats (1 bedroom with bathroom, kitchen, dining, and lounge area)
- Wi-Fi is available free of charge and is suitable for most study purposes. Wired ethernet connections for gaming are available in all rooms and flats in Cofton Hall at no extra cost.
