Catriona Hall

Biography

Catriona Hall is an Adult Nurse Lecturer within the School of Nursing and Allied Health within the Faculty of Arts, Society and Professional studies.  Catriona is a qualified Adult Nurse and Midwife.  Before joining Birmingham Newman University, Catriona was the Head of Health in the Access department at Dudley College of Technology. Before moving into academia, Catriona worked in the NHS in a variety of clinical roles, including High-Risk Delivery Suite, Maternity Triage and General Medicine. Catriona is also a Subject Matter Specialist with Ofqual for Midwifery (level 6), Health and Social Care (level 5) and Healthcare Science (level 3) and an Assessment Associate with NCFE.

Catriona maintains her registration as a Registered Midwife with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).  She is also a member of the Royal College of Nursing.
