Teacher Training
We have a strong teacher training heritage at Newman University, Birmingham, which dates back to 1968. We have trained more than 14,000 qualified teachers who have made a positive impact on today’s learning. Our Teacher Training (with QTS) courses help student’s gain an understanding of the educational needs of children and develop creative approaches to inform learning and teaching. Teacher Training courses are offered at both Undergraduate and Postgraduate level, for Primary and Secondary routes into achieving Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
